Q: When are pick-up and delivery hours?
A: Between 10 am and 6 pm
Q: Where can I pick up my order?
A: In the parking lot of Sandy’s greenhouse, 9707-128 Ave, Osoyoos, BC
Q: Is there a delivery fee?
A: Yes, based on the location
A: Delivery hours options: before noon (lunch rush) and before 5:30 pm (dinner)
Q: Do I need to return all serving equipment and props?
A: Yes! You will be required to have a credit card on file and will be charged a late fee of $50 daily.
Q: Are you food safe certified?
A: All of our staff are required to be food safe certified. All food is prepared and packaged within the guidelines provided by provincial and municipal bylaws and regulations.
Q: Is your business fully insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured.
Q: How does your company deal with food allergies?
A: We have committed to being gluten-free and will do our best to keep the facilities we work in safe for celiacs. We have several options for vegan, vegetarian, and nut-free products. However, we cannot ensure that cross-contamination will occur with nuts, soy, pork, or milk products. If you are anaphylactic, it might be best not to consume our food.
Q: How far in advance do I need to order my Sharkcuterie?
A: You can order small cups and cones and 2-3 person picnic boxes at the food truck. Please give our employees a little time if you haven’t pre-ordered (20 mins).
A: Boxes that feed more than five people will need 24 hr in advance ordering
A: Grazing tables require seven days’ notice
A: Event catering will require a two-week notice
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: We cater to several dietary restrictions; however, we do not offer tailor-made boxes.
Q: What if I need a Shark Board sooner than seven days or a catered event sooner than two weeks?
